Our aim, like yours is to keep everyone as safe as possible, the economy functioning, and smiles on everyone’s face as normality returns. Therefore, in all instances we would urge you to consider the risks of travelling and gathering with your loved ones before making a booking. During these COVID times, all bookings are fully transferrable should your stay be hindered by the Covid-ness! i.e. if you are prevented from travel due to local lockdowns or social gathering restrictions. Please, however, be mindful that our usual terms will apply if you just change your mind, or fail to turn up!

How we are keeping you, our guests and the local community safe – the COVID-19 Secure way:

All guests are asked to adhere to government guidelines and rules, and to take a lateral flow test before travelling to Kernow.

You will also need to use the Check-In Queensland App on when you enter the apartment.  During COVID we do not have check-ins at reception but take you straight to your apartment.  Should you have a need to come to reception please use the hand sanitiser provided.   All staff at Kernow are fully vaccinated.

Everyone wears a mask in public areas. We wear visors or masks at all team meetings, or on occasions when we face one another. We keep doors and windows open as much as practically possible, and hold conversations outside when we can.
