For those people needing accommodation during essential travel we are happy to host you at Kernow and assure you that we are making every effort to ensure our apartments are clean and sanitised (no different to our normal cleaning procedures actually!). We are, however, leaving each apartment empty for at least one day between guests, and they are then cleaned with medical-grade sanitiser. We have a ‘no-contact’ check-in policy so do need to speak to guests prior to arrival, and will also check their travel history at that time.
We are still providing in-room breakfasts (where the availability of fresh goods allows), but our room servicing for multi-night bookings will be to top-up any stocks that you need and will not involve any cleaning unless otherwise agreed. We obviously need to minimise any contact between staff and guests and appreciate your understanding on this.
